孩子高考，提前半個月在攜程上訂的2間3晚的大床房，因回不去讓家裡長者陪考的。長者説酒店環境衞生都不錯，就是後來退房以後聊天才知道，這3天長者家一直用的是入住時房間裏的一套洗漱用品，後面幾天酒店都沒有安排送新的洗漱用品。作為四星級酒店，不應該犯這種基本的錯誤吧？還是説是因為是在網上訂的房間，或者因為入住人是長者和孩子，所以有區別對待？

不錯，前台工作人員服務態度很好，也很貼心，我覺得旁邊就是電梯的有點吵反饋之後馬上給我換房了，還送了歡迎水果🍉衞生方面的話稍微有點欠缺，細節沒有那麼好
